Last week, SunWay and five other MISA members provided grants to the “12 AED Plus defibrillator devices” of Tri-Service General Hospital. The donation was accepted on behalf of the hospital by Hung Yi-Ren, the Dean of the hospital. According to statistics from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, there are many patients across Taiwan who urgently need AED Plus during acute cardiac episodes. The cost of purchasing and maintaining these devices is a significant financial burden for most medical institutions. Therefore, the generous donations from these six business leaders not only reflect their commitment to social responsibility but also enhance the emergency response capabilities of medical institutions, bringing a positive impact to society.
