Hosting Ivy League Students from Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business for the Second Time!
It is our honor to once again host Professor Diederik Vandewalle and 30 MBA students from the Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business, a distinguished member of the prestigious Ivy League. For the second time, the delegation from Dartmouth toured SunWay Biotech’s headquarters in Taipei and visited other industry leaders in Taiwan, including TSMC, Google, QIC, Gogolook, and the Foxconn Research Centre. SunWay is proud to be the only biotech company included in this elite group of Taiwanese industry leaders.

During the company tour, representatives from SunWay’s R&D, QA, and manufacturing departments explained the raw material manufacturing process to the students. The detailed presentation covered every step—from microbial strain collection and in vitro screening to process development, official manufacturing, qualitative analysis, and quality assurance. This comprehensive overview offered the students an in-depth look at how dietary supplement ingredients are produced at SunWay.
Following the tour, Product Planning Specialists Frank and Eva led the students through a Customer Journey Session. This session provided a detailed and engaging exploration of SunWay’s market strategy. Students gained insights into the entire product strategy process, understanding how a successful product is shaped by thorough market analysis and tailored customer experiences.
